Shipping policy
Where we ship: the United States, Canada and Australia.
Cost: shipping is free and tracked on every order.
Delivery times: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- United States: 4–9 business days
- Canada: 4–7 business days
- Australia: 6–10 business days
These are typical times and can be longer during holiday peaks. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse.
Holiday orders: for US delivery before December 25, please order by December 3.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.
Import charges: if a carrier ever asks you to pay an import fee on delivery, please contact us before paying and we'll help sort it out.
